Tiny seeds, big magic.

Chia seeds are packed with fiber, protein, omega‑3s, and minerals — but their real magic shows up when they meet water. Soaking them transforms these little powerhouses into a soothing, gel‑like pudding that’s incredible for hydration and digestion. When made with water or coconut water, (not milk, or nut-milks, or yogurts - maybe yummy - not the same) it’s giving your body a fiber -protein -mineral‑rich download, a super hydration situation and a gentle gut glide all in one.

And y’all — I am obsessed. This is hands‑down one of the best things I’ve discovered for my body in a long time. It’s simple, filling, and feels like it works with me instead of against me. Personally I feel energized after eating it, vs slugging or sleep like so meals do me and my morning elimination-meeting has been awarded winning event since i’ve been on the chia-pudding train. Today I’m sharing the base recipe and my favorite mix‑ins, so you can start here and then play — tweak it to fit your taste, your body.

Why I love chia pudding:

  • Hydration: The gel locks in liquid for a slow, steady release.

  • Digestion: Gentle on the gut, loaded with fiber to keep things moving.

  • Energy: A steady fuel source — no spikes, no crashes.

  • Customizable: Sweet, savory, fruity — make it your own.

Lovelee Simple Chia Pudding

(Makes 1 serving — scale as needed)

Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds

  • 1 cup water (or coconut water for extra minerals/yummy-ness)

Instructions:

  1. Combine: Add chia seeds and water to a glass jar with a tight lid.

  2. Shake immediately: Seal and shake vigorously for 20–30 seconds to fully mix (this keeps it from clumping).

  3. Chill: Place in the fridge overnight.

  4. Enjoy: In the morning, give it a quick shake or stir before eating.

Tip: If you don’t shake it right away, the seeds will settle and clump — which means you’ll need to stir more to get an even texture.
